I have—or can get—feathers in almost any color. I tend to work with rooster hackles* because they are soft and flowy, and because they are less prone to damage compared to quilled feathers like goose, duck, and pheasant. Options are nearly limitless. Take a look at the photos on this listing and let me know what you're looking for. I can create a custom feathered stack based on your preferences. The feathers will come affixed to a detachable cuff.
To get started, I need to know a few things from you:
- Color Preferences: What colors are you looking for in your feathered stack?
- Do you also want a stack of rings?: If so, do you have any materials in mind that you’d like incorporated?
- Do you also want a dangler?: If so, do you have any ideas for it or do you want me to design something to complement the feathers?
- Design: Do you have a specific design in mind, or do you want to give me full creative license?
Pricing will vary based on your material choices. Typically, a feathered cuff with up to 3 clusters of feathers made from materials I stock or can source from regular suppliers will cost $100. Some materials are more costly or hard to find. If you also want a stack of rings or a dangler, the cost will go up by $20-50, depending on the materials and the intricacy of the design. * My primary supplier for rooster feathers works with their supply chain to ensure all feathers are procured in an ethical manner, that no child labor has been used, and that all employees are given suitable working conditions.
